 HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

 

Not completely satisfied? No problem, you can return your item(s) within 14 days.

We can send a free return label on all items worth €150 or more. Use a sturdy box, that is marked as returning goods and also mark possible customs documents. 

  • Add the Inuteq return label or your own label.
  • Hand the package to your local parcelshop or follow the instructions when using your own label.

Generally, we refund your purchase within 5 business days. 

Please note it can take up to 30 days before you recieve a refund on your bank account, PayPal or creditcard.

The costs for return shipments below €150 cannot be refunded.

RETURN POLICY

 Please note the following exemptions on our return policy: 

  • You have the right to return purchased items within 14 days after delivery or recieve a full refund.
  • We cannot proccess shipments that are not returned according to our policy. 
  • Refunds are made within 5 business days, provided that they have not been used.
  • Changed, damaged or dirty products can't be taken back.
  • It is allowed to activate our PCM products once, and try them in our vests.
  • Evaporative vests that are activated or filled with water, for sanitary reasons cannot be returned.

 

We will refund the entire amount, for orders above €99 we will also refund the shipping cost.
